Hello! I'm Karen Young, Professional Organiser and owner of iTidy Organising. I am passionate about being a helping people to create more time and space to do the things they love rather than feeling overwhelmed by so much stuff and so much to do.
As an Organiser my role is to work with you to bring more order and efficiency to your life. I do this by helping you to make changes, or manage life transitions, to ultimately improve your quality of life and emotional wellbeing. The focus of my work is on your relationships with your spaces, your time and your belongings.

iTidy Organising Services and Fees
As a Professional Organiser, iTidy Organising will provide the following organising services based on your needs.
Initial Consultation and Home Assessment
Time: 30 minutes / 1 hour
The purpose of the initial consultation and in home assessment is to help me understand your challenges and goals and plan the best way to get started. Since each person’s situation is unique, this give us time to chat so I can understand your situation and what you would like to achieve. During this consultation I may request to take photos, take notes and ask you to answer some specific questions.
iTidy Sessions
Time: varies based on client needs, goals and participation in the organising process.
The purpose of these sessions is to provide decluttering, organising and tidying services depending on client’s challenges and goals and may include:
The iTidy Organising Process
Depending on the client, their space and personal situation, the organising process can be done by category (that’s the Marie Kondo process), by room or a mix of both methods that I feel best suits the client. I support and guide clients to make decisions about their stuff and their spaces All processes follow these 3 basic steps:
1. Declutter
2. Organise
3. Tidy
Follow-up and Evaluation
Time: 30 minutes
Once the agreed work has been completed and the client has had the opportunity to assess the results in line with their original goals, it is important to evaluate the outcome against these goals. Within 30 days of the last iTidy Session, the client can contact iTidy Organising to request a 30 minute follow-up and evaluation session.
iTidy Organising does not provide housecleaning, assembly of furniture, shelving, wardrobe inserts, moving heavy furniture or any similar kinds of activities.
My fee for all services is $70 per hour. This including onsite consultations, decluttering, organising, tidying, assessments and preparing reports.
Fees are payable upon completion of an iTidy Session. Payment options: Direct Debit or Cash.
If an Initial Consultation or Follow-up Session needs more than the allocated time, clients may request further time. Extra time will be charged at $70 per hour.

Other times may be arranged by special request.
Appointments may be cancelled with more than 48 hours notice with no charge.
Appointments may be rescheduled with more than 48 hours and payment transfers to the new date / time
Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the fee.
Appointments cancelled by a client with less than 24 hours notice to iTidy Organising, will be charged the full fee.
Before, during and after photographs will only be taken and shared on iTidy social media accounts with consent of the client.
The Client will review all items iTidy Organising recommends be disposed of by means of recycling, shredding, donating, selling or any other means agreed to. iTidy Organising is not responsible for any loss of damage caused by the client’s failure to carefully review or inspect any disposed items. The Client also agrees that iTidy Organising is not liable for any loss or damage, including consequential damages, the Client sustains as a result of the services or advice provided to the Client by iTidy Organising under this Agreement, including any loss or damage caused by the negligence or fault of iTidy Organising.
This letter of agreement constituted the understanding of standard iTidy Organising, organising services and fees between the parties listed below. Its terms can only be modified by written agreement approved by both parties.
